The Henley (Urban floorplan)
The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath, 1,100 sqft apartment with complete amenities in-unit (laundry, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, fridge, central heating and cooling). Monthly expenses are split two ways and include $1,744 for rent and water plus... other apartment fees like pest control, ~$80-150 for electric, and $65 for internet (i.e., up to ~$980/mo per person for rent, water, electric, and internet). Lease starts June 24th. The apartment complex is the Henley, located less than 2 miles from UTK and downtown. Specific floor plan is the Urban if you want to go to their website and see unit dimensions and 3d view. The room dimensions are 12x10.5', it has two closets, and has a private, ensuite bathroom. I’m currently living in one of the rooms and looking for a roommate to take the other room.
