So far I really enjoy it. Valet trash pick up is a really great perk. The outdoor amenities, especially the cabana area at the pool are very nice.

Just moved in and participated in the Easter Golden Egg event, very happy to receive the reward, lived in and found some problems, and the office staff quickly arranged for the relevant maintenance personnel to come to solve the problem.
