In the month that I've been here, my two maintenance requests were taken care of quickly and effectively. I like being able to use the clubhouse and grills whenever is most convenient for me. My apartment is nicer than any other rental I have ever been in. The prices are also competitive locally with better amenities

Great communication from the staff. They always do their best to keep the community informed of everything that is going on as soon as possible. Some of the amenities have deteriorated but that is mostly due to poor rule following by residents.

Community is good. Lots of activities each month, that make it fun! Gives the opportunity to get to know your neighbors. It is nice to have the food vendors here as well, a way to support the community.
