City living at it's finest. Very clean, ready to move into end unit in Olympia. Very private, quiet location, just steps from the Greenway for miles of walking, biking. Partially furnished. Furniture incudes Cherry wood King sled bed frame with two... twin XL Adjustable Nector mattresses with 2 remotes. Matching cherry Night stand and large dresser. Dark brown, four section, L shaped sofa with area rug and Beige distressed wood storage Armoire, Beige distressed storage Credenza. Bring your clothing and personal items and dishes and you are ready .Condo repainted a neutral eggshell throughout. Very nice, neutral flooring with No carpet other than Berber on the steps leading to the full bath and two bedrooms. Not an inch of space was wasted. Kitchen is bright with all white appliances which are like new. Separate laundry room with built in cabinets and Full sized washer and dryer, and utility sink. The kitchen is roomy with stove/oven, built in microwave, very large side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher replaced 8/11 so never been used. Three ceiling fans, (one downstairs and one in each same sized bedrooms). Plenty of closet space. Large pantry with built in shelving on kitchen. Saving the best for last. Three decks were enclosed with glass. Two of these are perfect as office space for the stay at home worker online. The feeling upstairs is like being in a treehouse but with wonderful sunlight. What a feeling of privacy with the tree lined, wooded area behind the condo. This is the only unit in Olympia with enclosed decks. It was the last built of Phase 2. Owners do not own any land, but you have nothing on the outside of this end unit and grass all around and a backyard that is wooded. HOA fees the owner pays takes care of all the outside grounds and maintenance. There are built in shelves along the wall of one of the enclosed areas and the same shelving in the master bedroom. Absolutely beautiful window treatments on both floors in the bedrooms and living area downstairs. Olympia Athletic Club had so many extras and a wonderful staff. It has a swimming pool and all are within one area and available for a fee. Tennis courts are in front of the condo. Two assigned parking spaces directly in front of condo.
