Kim, A middle TN native, lives in the Belmont~Hillsboro neighborhood. Before obtaining her real estate license, she spent several years staging, designing and overseeing home renovations. Her expertise also extends to management of rental properties. She has helped a variety of clients from 1st time home buyers to seasoned investment buyers in Davidson, Williamson, Maury, Dickson, Cheatham and Grundy, to name a few. Kim brands herself as a very "hands on" relational agent who will assist her clients with anything from staging, landscaping, florals, to touring via facetime for out of time and local buyers alike. Mother to 3 adult children, Kim is very versed in the various seasons of life and the housing needs and changes that come along with it. In turn she offers a unique and deep perspective of neighborhoods and areas of the mid-south. If you have any questions about tiny homes, she can speak to that too! In her spare time, Kim still dabbles in her previous 25 year career crafting beautiful cakes, cupcakes, cakebites, cookies and petit fours. Ergo the nickname "cakekim" "My home gives me peace in my heart. My home is my favorite place in the world, and I think everyone deserves a home that feels that way" Kim
