As I plan to leave Knoxville temporarily in the spring, I am subleasing my room in my current apartment. It is within walking distance of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, fully equipped, located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, convenient... for daily life, and reasonably priced.

🟩 Basic Information:

Type: Two-bedroom, one-living-room apartment with a bathroom and kitchen
Roommate: One American male roommate
Location: Please refer to the map
Furniture: Includes all basic furniture; you only need to purchase your own bed sheets, quilt, pillows, and pillowcases
In-apartment facilities: Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.
Building facilities: Billiard room, activity centre, public laundry room, study room, small gym, outdoor swimming pool, etc.
Floor: Middle floor; living room and bedroom windows face west with good natural light
Parking: Attached parking spaces available for rent, one space per car

🟩 Rent and Lease Term:

Rent: $799 per month, including water, electricity, gas, and internet (a U.S. citizen guarantor is required; if unavailable, an additional $100 is required)
Deposit: None (if there is no guarantor, a $1,598 deposit is required upon move-in)
Lease expiration date: July 29, 2026 (so your actual stay will be about five months)

Between January 31 and February 28, 2026, negotiable
Before moving in, you must complete the sublease procedure with me and pay the related fees

The nearby Cumberland Avenue has numerous shops covering all daily needs; for larger purchases, you can take Bus No. 11 outside the apartment directly to Walmart
There is a bus stop right downstairs, making it convenient to travel around the city
Tyson Park is next to the building—quieter and fresher than Downtown, ideal for daily exercise
A 3-minute drive to Casey’s gas station
