I'm enjoying my living arrangements in Nashville and the Artisan is part of that. The management are really nice and I've never had any problems. It's safe, it's clean and convenient. Kendall and Connor have been wonderful. I just renewed my lease for the third time and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

I've been in every building in Music Row, and this is the best value for the money. The management is great, and maintenance is spot on. I put a work order in the other day, they came to my apt in the afternoon and fixed the problem.
Space, parking, big closets, windows, club rooms, washer/dryers in each unit, free coffee all at a great price.

I looked at every building in Music Row and this ticked off all of my boxes. You aren't going to find a better location, price or staff anywhere. The building caters to everyone. The management is consistent and very accommodating. All maintenance issues were handled in 24 hrs.
