Dog waste is consistently left throughout the property—near entryways, on the gravel by walkways, and even on the sidewalks—for months at a time, with no action or communication from management. While the building may appear attractive at first glance, it’s deteriorating. There are cracks in many ceilings and walls, and problems are left unresolved for extended periods. There are The structural and plumbing issues, leading to strong, persistent odors both inside and outside the apartments. These... issues are ongoing and continue to be ignored.

This apartment boots visitors and charges 75 dollar fines. Management is dismissive of complaints and unhelpful

Megan was amazing from the beginning and helped me find my new home. I absolutely love the super tall ceilings, cabinetry, modern accents and space. I definitely would recommend living here. I also love walking downtown and enjoying my evenings out or you can stay on Sevier Ave and hit up South Coast pizza and the breweries.
Thank you Megan!!!!!

I think these apartments are amazing. They have a different modern simple elegant look to them. Tall ceilings make the apartment feel giant. This is a very small complex, it’s quiet and the location is perfect. I can walk to the river, walk to restaurants, and be downtown in less than 5 minutes. My balcony is facing downtown Knoxville and it is absolutely beautiful to see all the city lights at night. The manager is new to the property and I have noticed she makes sure the property looks good, I... don’t ever see any garbage laying around anymore or junk laying around. Parking could be better but it isn’t horrible.

Within a short time, have had numerous issues including cracks in walls letting in bugs, leaks, and electrical issues. Management and maintenance do not follow up a d won’t assist you until the problem has persisted for days
