Rest and relax in our charming 100+ year old craftsman home located between the historic Old North Knox and Fountain City. Were just a short 8-10 minute drive from downtown Knoxville, the University of Tennessee, I-40, and a plethora of local... restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries.
Our home has 2 bedrooms each with a comfortable foam bed, desk, chair, dresser, and closet with hangers. Tenants will share a bathroom with a full tub/ shower. Our dining room table is a great place to study and capable of hosting 6 guests for dinner.
In between the bedrooms is a passthrough room with a large flat screen tv connected to a chrome cast and day bed with a plethora of pillows. The chrome cast will allow screen casting from a mobile device or laptop. It is also capable streaming commonly used streaming services like Netflix and Youtube.
High speed internet is included in the rent and works well in each room of the house. Trash is picked up in the back on Friday mornings.
The kitchen is fully outfitted for those that love to cook.
