This is a very welcoming environment and also has community events. The swimming pool is very nice and clean during the warm months. The study area is very comfortable and has a variety of equipment for residents to use. I love the coffee machine they have there.

Living space and location is great. However, communication and accountability is a huge deal for me. When leasing management makes mistakes a simple apology would be great. Instead you guys ignore that but respond quick to anything billing.

I’ve lived here for about 8 months, and it’s been a great experience overall. The standout feature is definitely the maintenance team. They are incredibly efficient; every time I’ve submitted a work order, it’s been handled within 24 hours with great communication. It’s rare to find a complex that stays on top of repairs this well.
The only major downside is the parking situation. It can be a struggle to find a spot, especially if you arrive home late in the evening, and guest parking is very... limited. If they could streamline the parking permits or expand the visitor area, this would easily be a 5-star property.

Great living space and great location. Not far from campus and it has all the amenities you can ask for. Best part is having access to the food hall which is walking distance from the apartment.

Complex to apply and get approved compared to previous experiences in other countries, but now the stay is going well.
Apartments come without utensils, mattress and shower curtain.
