I have been living at Highland Terrace Apartments since August 2024, and my experience has been very positive. One thing I truly appreciate is how quick and responsive the management team is. Any concerns or maintenance requests are addressed promptly, which makes living here stress-free.
The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable living environment. Overall, Highland Terrace is a great place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a... well-managed and pleasant apartment community.

I highly recommend this place! The rent is very affordable compared to other areas in Knoxville. The staff at the management office are super friendly and make you feel right at home. Plus, being so close to school is a huge lifesaver—no more worrying about long commutes or finding parking on campus!

Highland communities staff is great and always very friendly. Good website site and App to use for communication with the staff. Location of the apartment (Terrace 4) is on the far end of the Fort area but walking distance to the UTK campus or bus for students. As most places we have had random issues over the last two years, but everyone has been resolved in a timely manner with professionalism. If you are looking for a place for a student or little quieter from the strip in Knox you should... consider Highland Communities.

Everyone that works here is so helpful. From maintenance to the leasing agents, I know they will ensure things are done right! They have a great play area for my dog as well as maintained grass areas with great lighting for late night trips outside!
