Hey! I am leaving this apartment to study abroad, and need to get this lease taken over! My roommate is a male college student and is very easy going. I am very flexible and want to get this Re-Let so let me know if theirs something I can do. This... property is very beneficial for student life. It is located very close to some fantastic restaurants that make for a perfect meal from breakfast to dinner. Sitting atop an isolated hill it attracts a quieter audience and is a very peaceful and quiet place to live. In my time here I have never once been bothered by noise or felt the need to make a complaint. In the unit the bedroom is very large, leaving plenty of room for any desired furniture, or decorations. The bathroom consists of two sinks, a shower and a toilet and it has never had any sort of malfunction or break. The unit is clean and has never had any instances of mold or area damage. While it is a two person unit you can feel like you live alone at times do to the sheer size of the bedrooms, and there separation. Washer, Dryer, and Dishwasher have all worked perfectly and have not caused any issues. There is a shuttle that goes to and from campus and has been very reliable for me. The gym and pool have both been very lovely to use and I have not had any complaints with either of them. Getting mail/packages has been very easy, the management here is phenomenal. Overall I would say this location is perfect for any sort of college student who wants to be in a peaceful location with wonderful amenities, and easy access to campus!
