I enjoy having access to all the amenities in the apartment at an affordable price. There has not been much of a problem since living here other than having trouble with internet access and figuring out the correct address since day one of move in. Overall, Heights of Knoxville is a great place for college students who are looking for affordable prices with all the necessities that are needed in a home.

It’s pretty good, the management is good and the view is nice as well. The price is the best part and it is close to campus, especially with the bus.

The Heights is amazing for what you pay. Great location, quick maintenance, friendly staff. Never have to worry about parking. It is so close to so many things and so many new business are popping up down the street!

Don't live here as a student. Management changed in the middle of me living here, and they are so unreliable. You cannot rely on their maintenance, shuttles, and especially their internet. Especially during a pandemic, management has made horrible decisions to make their lives easier while not taking the pandemic seriously which makes no sense. (They stopped accepting packages, but come into everyones apartments without masks). It's constantly a new problem when you live here. The apartment... complex itself is very average but the staff and management is what makes it unbearable.
