The two private bedrooms share a full bath with a large linen closet on the upper floor. Front bedroom has a beautiful bay window seat and two closets. Bring your own bedroom furniture or inquire about bedroom furnishings.

Main floor has expansive kitchen with deluxe appliances, pot filler over the stove, center island which seats six, granite countertops and generous cabinet space for storage. Main floor also has a spacious furnished living space with a fireplace, 1/2 bath and laundry. Balcony accessible from the main floor and is equipped with a new barbeque, fire table, water fountain, and furnished sitting area.

Basement has an industrial/steampunk themed lounge with wet bar, 1/2 bath, mudroom space and garage access. Also has additional storage and a large freezer.

Tenants share 2 garage spaces.

Shopping centers are 5 minutes away on nearby Clinton Highway, and include Walmart, Kroger, Food City and Aldi.

Current tenant is a 3rd year UTK CVM female student looking for 2 roommates. Current tenant is friendly, social and studious. Pets are negotiable. Current tenant has 2 cats.

Application, background check, and renter's insurance are required.
Monthly rent per tenant is $1,000. WiFi and utilities costs are shared among tenants.
Refundable security deposit is $1,000.
Occupancy available in August; 1 year renewable lease.
