Positive and easy move in experience, front staff in very helpful and addresses concerns promptly. Ken especially went out of his way to make sure my concerns were addressed same day at move in. All the staff is friendly and courteous! I am looking forward to living here, the amenities have exceeded my expectations.

The staff at the kenect could not have been more friendly and accommodating in assisting me throughout the entire move in process. The amenities are fantastic and I would recommend this to anyone. Short term leases are hard to fidn and this one stands out as the best.

The building is nice and clean. The room was as clean as expected. The only complaint is the loud music from outside. It can be loud inside my apartment, and they are playing even on weekdays.

The building is very clean, and the amenities are quite nice. I have had some issues with not being able to find a manager/someone to speak to in the lobby, as well as with the cafe frequently being closed. Overall, however, it is a very nice place to live.

Living at Kenect Nashville has been one of the best parts of my Vanderbilt experience. The sense of community here truly exceeded my expectations. The amenities are amazing—from the beautiful pool to the convenience of furnished units—but what really stood out were the weekly events. Tuesday breakfast, mimosa brunches, and so many other events with free food and drinks made it easy to meet people and feel at home. The team puts so much effort into creating a fun, welcoming environment, and it... really shows. I’m incredibly grateful to have found this place—thank you, Kenect, for everything!
