Filthiest place I have ever seen. Refused to let me see the actual unit until I moved in. Cockroaches over an inch long. They charge you $6 a month to carry your trash to the dumpster. They charge you $3 a month for pest control which "they say" they do every 3 months I have yet to have any thing sprayed I moved in debt free 6 weeks ago. I have been forced to go buy a house due to their lies and I have retained an attorney. Do not come here it's so nasty. The pool is not maintained it's filthy... as well.

Worst property ever

Saw roaches the first day i moved in. These apartments are old..the floors are loud...bathroom vents sound like lawn mowers...neighbors smoke weed all day everyday. Can't enjoy balcony because of all the bees and wasps. Robin in the leasing office is rude as hell...horrible attitude. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS...YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Ii recently visited Wood gate as a potential place to live this coming summer. I found the staff very friendly and really loved the property. I am seriously considering woodgate in my future plans
