Looking for third roommate in 3bed/2bath house in Old North Knox

Looking for a third roommate to join two grad students in a charming 3 bed/2 bath house in Old North Knoxville, just a few blocks away from Central St., Three Rivers Market, and the Fourth and Gill area, only a 10 minute drive from campus and a 20... minute bike ride. We are a queer and pet friendly household (moving in with two rabbits and a cat, and open to other animals as long as they are friendly). My roommate and I are social and like to keep a welcoming, tidy space for all in the house. We love to cook, do little art projects, and host occasional board game nights and the like, but also keep pretty busy schedules and regular work hours as graduate students and would like to live with another grad student or young professional who gets that schedule. We would ideally like to find someone to commit to a year long lease with us but would be open to shorter term or month-to-month options considering how soon move in is. Rent is $775/month plus utilities, and a $35/month pet rent if you bring pets. The bedroom and bathroom (shared with one other person) pictured would be the ones available. There is plenty of storage space in room closets, hall closets, and a shed out back. Please let me know if you're interested and I'd be happy to send videos/pictures of the house (the ones attached here are screenshots of video) and set up a phone call :)
