This is a lovely corner apartment - which means it is quiet - in a new complex - which means things are very clean and nice. This unit is at the very back, so it looks out into the woods and it quite peaceful. Washer and dryer in unit. Large closets... (one walk-in) and large bathrooms. Top floor so you get your steps in (just 2 flights) and don't have to worry about someone stomping around above you in the middle of the night.

Very pleasant complex, nice pool, fitness room and an easy drive to campus - it's less than a minute to get onto 640, and then you're on campus in less than 15 minutes. Traffic is almost never a problem on this route. Grocery stores (Aldi, Food City, Target Walmart, Sams Club) and numerous restaurants within a couple of blocks, plus the complex brings in food trucks pretty regularly.

What else - plenty of parking, safe neighborhood.

You'll be subleasing and will have the option to take on a new lease when the sublet is up (in 8 months.) Had to move unexpectedly, so lucky for you this great unit is available!
