NOVEL Harpeth Heights is one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in! The office staff is SO kind and incredible. All of my concerns have been handled in a timely manner. The maintenance team is awesome too! They show up within an hour of the request being placed and are professional and kind. Overall an incredible place to live and would 1000% recommend.

Novel Harpeth Heights is a resident friendly community with several nice amenities. Staff at the leasing office are always very receptive and friendly. Maintenance staff is very professional.

Beautiful complex and great amenities that I use daily like the gym and pool. It is very quiet and not crowded in common spaces. It is a professional atmosphere and I enjoy coming home to it. Very relaxing!
