Private Room w/ Bath at 303 Flats (Girls Only) – Aug 2025 Move-In
Hey! I need someone to take over my lease at 303 Flats starting August 1, 2025. It can be renewed. It’s a room with a private bathroom, and you’d only have to share the unit with one other person even though it’s a 4 bed 4 bath. It’s about a ~4 min... drive to UT, it’s also walkable and the bus to campus stops right outside the building.
Rent is $880 including flat rate utilies and wifi. The price offered is lower than what 303 Flats is currently offering. It’s a great apartment with a lot of amenities and management has always been very nice and responsive! The complex has been making a ton of improvements to the property and I think it’s one of the best complexes in Knoxville catering to students.
