We are seeking respectful and responsible roommates to share a house with our son, a current Sophomore for the 2024/2025 school year. There is currently 1 bedroom available for the Spring 2025 semester and then 2 bedrooms available for the 2025/2026... school year.
Monthly rent: $995 per person. Utilities are included. Each renter is responsible for obtaining renter’s insurance.
The split-level house, located in north Knoxville, is less than 5 miles from UT campus (approximately 12-minute drive) and includes: • 4 total furnished bedrooms - renters are responsible for bedding. • One bedroom is being set aside for pre-scheduled parents/guest visit) • 2 renovated, all tile bathrooms • Furnished living room and dining room • Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (induction cooktop stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker), osmosis water filter. Kitchenware is also included. • Laundry room with washer and dryer • Game room with pool table (converts to a ping pong table) and dart board • Furnished bedrooms (renters are responsible for bedding) • Hot tub • Swimming pool (4 ft. depth) • Two level furnished deck with gas grill and flat screen TV (seasonal) • Gated driveway with remote control access that accommodates two cars under car port and ample street parking.
