Do not rent from this facility! Yes, the apartments are clean for the most part, but they will over charge you! We were charged for door hooks that were left form previous renter-$60!! Horrible management and only care about making more money.

The property would be nice with a little maintenance. On move in day, we walked into roaches everywhere, appliances not working, a filthy deck from a birds nest/bird poop and cabinet doors not working properly. Other items as well but the roaches are BAD! They told us they bombed the place but it clearly was not since they were still everywhere especially behind the fridge. Not a good first impression!

At first, I was worried that I was paying too much for the location, but the amenities are definitely worth it! They are also super pet-friendly so my dog and I renewed for next year!
