I've been living here for a while now, and I must say it's a fantastic place to call home. The apartment is comfortable, well-maintained, the community is friendly and peaceful, making it a pleasant environment to live in.
A special shoutout to Jenn in the office—she's incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns.

Jenn in the office is super nice and very helpful. She has answered all of our questions fully and responds quickly. All the staff have been nice and friendly. The Maintenance team responds urgently and we've had no issues. nice, clean apartments and facilities.

Before we find Adelade Apartment, me and my husband was staying in the hotel. We are so happy it’s such a nice apartment, quiet, clean and management is good I mean sometimes they don’t answer calls but I know they’re just busy. I recommend this to everyone..

New management at this property has been fantastic. They have kept the property very clean, are updating building exteriors, and have kept up with unit maintenance. Jenn the office manager is very responsive to calls/emails and the staff is very friendly. Property has 2 dog parks, a newly renovated common area, gym, and pool. Great location - close to downtown, the airport, hiking, UT, etc.
