This is a chill place to live. There is no guest parking which is a down side to living in the apartment. Convenient living to a food hall which is helpful for a late night snack.

I have enjoyed staying at the Davy. It is very convenient to everything and walking distance to campus. The rooms and appliances are new and nice. The courtyard and the weight room are great amenities as well.

I enjoy living here. The apartment itself is nicer than pretty much any other apartment I’ve seen in Knoxville. The amenities are also really nice.

Very accommodating, and they’re sooooo lenient . So many amenities, you’re able to meet people from school, and also study with them. And they’re very helpful and considerate with our apartments
