I'm looking for someone to take over my student housing lease at The Heights at 1319 Knotty Pine Way, Knoxville, TN, starting August 2025 through July 25, 2026.

🏠 2 Bed / 2 Bath apartment (you’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom)

🪟 Fully furnished

📶 Utilities included: Electricity, Water/Sewer, Trash, Internet, Cable, Gas, Pest Control

🧼 In-unit washer and dryer

❄️ Central AC and heating

🔑 Gated community with access devices for clubhouse and facilities

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Roommate:
You’ll be sharing the apartment with one other clean, respectful UTK student.

🚗 Parking:
Gated access is included. Parking may be available — please inquire.

🏋️ Amenities:
Fitness center

Clubhouse

Pool (Note: no pets allowed in common areas like gym or pool)

💰 Rent & Deposit:
Monthly rent: $999 (can be negotiable)

Security deposit: $200 (refundable at end of lease, if no damages)

End: July 25, 2026

You can move in as early as UTK housing allows for Fall semester.

📝 Requirements:
Must be a UTK student

Must apply through the housing office or management (Muinzer) to officially sublease
