Highly recommend these apartments. The layouts are great and they have a ton of space for the price. There were a few hiccups right after the build, but that has all been worked out from what I can tell. The manager has changed a couple times, but the newest one seems to really care and has already made some great changes. The complex is always well kept and clean. The package room is nice since I don’t have to worry about being home to pick up a package or it sitting outside too long. It’s also... nice that there is a courtesy officer on site. Super close to downtown too.

I just moved in to my apartment last week and I absolutely love it!! The location is great and the apartment is very spacious. If you’re looking for an apartment in the area I highly recommend The Jewel at Washington Pike!
