The Knox Apartments
I have one bedroom/bathroom in a three-bedroom unit. This relet is for the remainder of the lease, January through July 2025. This unit has two roommates, but you have your own bedroom, bathroom, and your lease is completely separate from other... residents. Utilities like water and electricity are averaged for the unit. The Knox offers a community social/study area, a gym, and a deck with grill and hot tubs. The Knox is directly behind Vol Hall, so you can walk to class during the week with no worry about parking. If you do want parking though, you can choose to take over my tandem parking spot as well. The maintenance here is amazing, they will be there in 24 hours or less to help with whatever you file a maintenance request for. This is a wonderful place to live if you like being close to campus.
