I am a male student at UTK looking to find a student to fill the extra bedroom opening in my apartment starting July 1st. It is a 3 bedroom apartment at The Landings, close to campus, and the bedroom available is the master bedroom and has its own... full bathroom. The rent will be $1078/month and utilities are around $70-80 a month and include electric and internet. The bedroom is unfurnished and will be a 12 month lease. I have been living in the apartment for two years and have all the essential cooking and kitchen utensils as well as furnished the apartment. My roommate who will be staying has a cat.
