Townhouse Apartment, 5-10 min walk to campus!

Hi friends! I’m an upcoming graduate student studying Behavior Analyisis looking for two roommates to move into my current townhouse apartment. I currently live here and will be resigning, but my two roommates are not.

FALL SEMESTER 2025! You would... be moving in late July-early August.

Rent is $675/mo without utilities. KUB is typically anywhere from $80-100/mo, so approximately ***$775/mo total.***

This townhouse apartment is located in The Fort! It’s walking distance from campus (5-10 minutes depending on your momentum lol), so the price is AMAZING! It’s also walking distance from downtown.

I am looking for roommates who are academically inclined as well as overall kind, chill people. 😊 *Preferably ages 20+*, *preferably graduate students*, and must be okay with cats! 🐱

Rooms are *unfurnished*, however I will be supplying most of the common area furniture and decor! Moderately clean, not a neat freak, but also not fond of a big mess haha.
