I just moved in a few months ago but everything has been great. Maintenance and management have been fantastic and always get back to me in a timely manner.

The staff is awesome and the location is great! The walls are a little thin but the property itself is great. Plus they have tennis and basketball courts and plenty of pet areas. Any issue I have, the staff is right on top of it. I would definitely recommend!

I have lived here for 6 years. The apartments are nice, the staff is friendly and excellent. Maintenance is always helpful and on task. The place is dog friendly with an off-leash dog park they built for us. They have in my time here added a community fire pit. Redid the playground and remodeled the apartments. The location is great.

I am unhappy living here. The pool is always filthy. The drivers are unsafe. There is always a smell of marijuana and the staff refuse to do anything about it. There is always the smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke in my apartment, neither of which I do. They say they don’t allow breeds such as pit bulls, but there are numerous pit bulls and other “illegal” breeds that live here. The staff pick and choose which rules they want to follow. All of our appliances have something wrong with them... and half of our outlets don’t work. They also did not mention to us that they had a 6 month lease. They said they only had a 12 month lease, however some people I have talked to have a 6 month lease. Also, the leases clearly states you should give them a 30 day notice when you are going to move out. However, their new policy, which they neglected to tell anybody about, says it has to be a 60 day notice. So, some tenants have had issues getting this straightened out. Lastly, the bugs are HORRIFIC. There has not been a single night that I’ve went to bed and haven’t seen a bug in my townhouse. They have an exterminator, which obviously does a HORRIBLE JOB. 10/10 do not recommend living here

We have not lived here long, but so far the apartments are quiet the people are friendly and the maintenance staff is spot on. The apartments are nice size and they are upgrading the apartments as well. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
