- Well maintained during TN winter storm. No power outage, no freeze pipe.
- Dryer increase from 2 to 3.
- Less insects issue.

I have really enjoyed how nice the atmosphere is! I really love it here. It is really cool also to be in such a nice location because I really needed to be close to school!

The life here is peaceful and quiet. It has good facilities. The location is very close to the university. The internet is fast. It will be better if there is microwave oven.
