Do not live here!

303 Flats say they have "Resort Living" but that is not what I have found here, more like budget resort. I have called maintenance multiple times about the curtains (3 times to be exact). They immediately fall down as soon as someone touches them. Not worth the price of living here. Look elsewhere.

I signed my lease before the place was even build and all the old and current staff were so sweet and considerate. I would stay here again next year and recommend this to a friend!

The apartments are nice, brand new, and very clean!! I enjoy being so close to campus and downtown Knoxville!!
