Cooper Pointe

3 bedroom at Copper Pointe in west Knox, about 15 minutes from campus. Two roommates both UTK graduate students. Rent+Water+Electric+Wifi+Fees is about $690/month Each. Livingroom and kitchen all furnished, bedroom is not furnished (our roommate who... graduated left a twin size mattress to keep, sell or throw away). Apartment has pool, fitness room, and car wash. Walmart, Sam's club, many restaurants etc. are nearby. The January rent is fully paid (Rent due at beginning of Month, so Feburary rent will be due on the first) the room is available immediately.
