I am looking for someone to take over my individual lease for this upcoming year. I have two roommates still currently living within the unit however both are planning to leave this unit as well sometime within this upcoming lease. They are both AFAB... , thus they will be most comfortable if you are also AFAB. To be very clear, I am looking for someone to take my relet, meaning that the lease basically becomes in your name, the bedroom becomes yours, and I am free from the responsibilities of rent as I am unable to stay in Knoxville due to starting medical school in Louisiana this year. Pictures of a 3x3 apartment are available on the heights of Knoxville website, I cannot send any pictures as I have moved out already. The rent is 975 dollars a month and not a penny more, as all utilities and internet are included within the price point.
