Great home with artist vibe

SUBLETTING FOR 1 MONTH. LGBTQ friendly home looking for one person, may consider a couple.
$800 Utilities and internet are included. Perfect for nomad workers or someone simply visiting Knoxville.
The renting period would only be one month ideally... mid Oct to mid Nov but open for it to be either month. The place is very quite. The roommates are top notch nice, clean and respectful women and we have one sweet dog and one sweet cat. (no more pets allowed)

1 shared bathroom with walk-in shower and tile flooring. There is also access to the bathtub in the second bathroom downstairs.

The Master suit: The room for rent is located downstairs and it's more like a suite and it has it's own entrance. It has a queen size bed which is in font of the windows facing towards the south west to the yard. It's also furnished with a night stand, and a dresser. It has a small room next to it which can be used as office space, storage or anything else you please. It has a small desk in it. The bathroom is next to it and includes a bathtub.

The house is shared with three other people who's rooms are upstairs.

You'll have a chance to interview with us before signing. References will be required and you must pay for a credit check before signing or show proof o income.
