The house is shared with three other people. One upstairs with you who you will share. bathroom with and two downstairs.

Green room (140 sq ft) : $1450 to sign ($650 First month + $800 security deposit). The green room has 6 outlets, lovely wooden flooring, a walk-in closet (27 sq ft) and two NorthEast facing windows.

Coral/Burgandy room (176 sq ft): $1550 to sign ($700 First month + $850 security deposit)
This is the biggest room upstairs and has a window air conditioning unit. There are 6 outlets, a walk-in closet (27 sq ft) and wooden floors. There are two windows facing SouthWest.

You'll have a chance to interview with us before signing. References will be required and you must pay for a credit check before signing or show proof o income.
