Two Tranquil Rooms in Soulful Artist's home - Moon Room $1000/mo or Tree Room $1100/mo

My beautiful home was built in 1899 and sits on .37 of an acre in a peaceful wooded and parklike setting near downtown. 10-foot ceilings, original woodwork, and 6 foot windows create a light and airy space. Large open concept living and dining space.... Comfortable kitchen with cook's gas range and attached laundry room. Large back deck and the backyard has a fire pit and ample room for gardening. I have a young female cat who lives with me, and another stray cat visits every day for breakfast.

Each room is rented out separately with its own lease. Since this listing includes shared living areas, including a shared bathroom, each room offered in my home are available to rent to a quiet, solo female.

I have two beautiful & well-lit rooms for rent: the 104 sqft Moon Room ($1000/mo) & 120 sqft Tree Room ($1100/mo). Both rooms come w/ Queen Bed, desk & office chair, clothing storage, fridge, & kitchen/laundry privileges. The Tree Room has a closet & 12" memory foam mattress. The Moon Room has a 10" memory foam mattress. There's a coffee station & microwave for use of both rooms in the hallway & both rooms share the hallway bathroom.

Minutes from my home, you'll find: Happy Holler, with its indie theatre, vintage shops, restaurants, and our local Co-op, is a short ride from my home, and downtown Knoxville, with vibrant Gay Street & Market Square, is just 2.5 miles away. There you'll find the farmers market, theatres grand and intimate, pubs and craft breweries, casual and fine dining opportunities, numerous venues for live music, as well as opportunities for shopping all things local. UT Knoxville campus is 3 miles from my home.
