Bad for working professionals - no noise control

All the unit doors have swing arms designed to slam the door automatically. Add college students running the hallways all night and you will get zero sleep. Management will tell you to videotape the neighbors if you complain about the noise which is inappropriate to suggest. The Local does not deliver anything for professionals.

A premium residence should have premium customer service. Period. That means not having a temper, not being petty, and being reasonably cooperative. I think that also means being honest, not being deceptive, and not changing terms when leases are being drafted hoping that you won't catch them. I didn't find that with the staff here.
