I have nothing but good things to say about Martin Flats! Destiny and Sylvester made our process go as smooth as possible. They helped expedite the renting of my apartment. The staff does a great job of maintaining the property, and the location couldn’t be better! I know I will thoroughly enjoy my time at Martin Flats!

I love so much about this place. Wonderful location, nice helpful staff, they pay attention to detail & make the leashing process very easy! Clean, fresh smells, smiling faces from neighbors! I would recommend anyone here! Great great great place! 5 stars!

I was so iffy about living here, but I am so glad I found this place! This is overall the best price I have found for an apartment that offers short-term leases and is fully furnished. It's in such a great spot and only 5-10 minutes from downtown Nashville!
I originally moved in on a short-term lease because I got a job here and did not have a place lined up before my start date.
All in all, it's been an enjoyable experience and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a similar... space for a great price!

Easy!

I travel a ton and was looking for something convenient. I toured recently for my upcoming move and was so taken back with the utilities being included (wifi too). It really just made the decision easy for me because I didn’t need to set anything up in my name. Completely hassle free.
