I’ve lived here for 3 years - it’s in a quiet residential neighborhood, well-maintained / clean, and the staff is wonderful (both past and current)- Jose is super helpful and fast with any maintenance requests, going above and beyond to address items to ensure you’re happy!! Note 16 is a great apartment community with nice tenants. The management is professional, yet personable. It is a fantastic tree lined neighborhood with geographical dimension. Also has great architectural, business, and social variation and entertainment options. Highly Recommend.
