The wifi is unreliable, trash collection unreliable, hidden fees, unreliable shuttle. I have hated my time here.

Our daughter has lived there for 3 years and has had a wonderful experience. Staff is very accommodating. As we live a long distance from her (New England) - it makes us confident that she is safe and happy.

Living at Quarry Trail is great, I love being surrounded by UT students while not having to live on campus and deal with all the traffic since I can just catch a ride on the shuttle.

Quarry Trail is amazing! It's quiet and away from the crowds, but still close enough for convenience. The shuttle is amazing, and the people in the office are so nice. No complaints at all!

Do not care about security or safety

I had not had any troubles or complaints with Quarry Trail until someone tried to cut my catalytic converter off of my truck one night. I filed a police report and all but when I asked Quarry Trail what they were going to do to upgrade security so it would not happen again, their answer was that they were NOT going to do anything. This was extremely frustrating considering I had a friend that had his vehicle broken into once there too and they didn't respond then either. Safety was not a... priority then and is still not now. If you were going to live at Quarry Trail and safety is a priority to you, I would tell you to look elsewhere. Quarry Trail obviously does not value safety and security.
