Hey! I'm subletting my apartment at Quarry Trails for the 25-26 school year! It is a 4bed/4bath apartment, so you would have your own bedroom and bathroom. There are no other roommates in the apartment, so you are able to bring your friends! Rent is... $980/month plus $7.50/month for water is $7/month for trash (all other utilities are included). Parking is a one time $50. There are so many amenities, like a pool, gym, shuttle to campus, study room, etc. The floor plan I have was just renovated with new kitchen appliances/counter tops. The clubhouse is also currently being renovated which will be super nice!! Let me know if you have any questions/are interested!
