Hello everyone! I am looking to sublet my room at The Heights of Knoxville for the summer! Girls only! It is in Building 1 (the most secluded building) on the 3rd floor. The... room is room C, which is the one furthest on the right next to the balcony in the first picture. This room is avaliable as soon as someone confirms wanting/signing the summer lease, as I have the opportunity to relocate earlier than I thought.

The view is amazing, along with the nature that surrounds the complex. There’s a wonderful dog park within the pet-friendly complex. In the office, there are study rooms, free printing, a coffee lounge, and a gym. This is all walkable from Building 1! Packages are delivered to the office to ensure theft, and maintenance is quick to get problems solved. The room comes with a bedframe, mattress, desk, dresser, an attached full bath, and an amazing walk-in closet!

There are currently 2 roommates living in the other two rooms, but they are both very sweet girls and both love animals! We’ve always been a pretty quiet apartment, so if that is what you’re looking for, here it is!

The commute to UTK is about 7 minutes from main campus and 10 minutes from the ag. campus. There is also a shuttle that picks up every 30 minutes from 7:30am-6pm.
