Welcome to living in The Hub! I am looking for someone to sub-lease my bedroom in a 4-bedroom/2 bath unit for the 2025-2026 school year while I study abroad starting Fall of 2025. I am living with 3 guys who are all upper classmen, study hard,... work hard, and are quiet and respectful roommates. The apartment is in the newest apartment complex right on Cumberland Ave, and has the best amenities at UT- rooftop pool, parking garage (you can get your own parking space for a monthly fee as well), 2 fitness centers, several study rooms, and amenities galore. The apartment is brand new, and you will have your own room and a shared bath, complete with a state-of-the-art kitchen and brand new appliances, washer/dryer in the unit, patio/balcony, and is so close to campus and downtown Knoxville but still far enough away to get some relaxation. There are tons of restaurants and things to do, and this place is great for living, studying, relaxing, and enjoying the many wonderful things UTK has to offer!!! This apartment sub-lease is perfect for a student or transfer who wants a great location, great roommates, and a great year in Knoxville.
