There are several good things about Albion in the Gulch, but they're paired with many bad things unfortunately.

Pool & Rooftop Lounge: great
Lobby & Coffee: great
Not so greats though outweigh the greats.
First, the dang entrance. I don't know who the architect was, but the entrance is a terrible design. There's always cars blocking the exit and therefore causing issues in the entrance. If you're leaving/arriving between the hours of 8am-6pm, good luck.
Trash... room/chute - thing hasn't worked for about 5 months. You either have to leave your garbage in the room for it to stink even more, or take it down to the dumpster room which is jammed full of stuff.
Neighbors - Most are great, but there's almost always a smell of weed in the hallways. Maybe your thing, but not for me.
Golf simulator - always broke. What a shame, this was a big reason I chose the place.
Elevators - good luck finding a time when all 4 are working. I think there's 2 of the 4 elevators I haven't seen the inside of for about 3 months. 2 elevators for 20 floors of people, not very efficient. Sometimes I wait 5 minutes just to get on.
Overall I'd give the property a 3/5. Some days it trends lower to a 2, sometimes up to a 3.5 but never above that.

Building was horribly built. Ceiling is crumbling. Packages always stolen. Very loud now that they Airbnb some units. Not worth the luxury price tag.

Love living at Albion. The floor to ceiling windows are wonderful to have, the amenities are top notch, and the views are some of the best in Nashville. Everyone at the front desk is very helpful and nice. Walking distance to a lot of nice places. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Everyone that lives here is SO nice. All the apartments have views for days. The common spaces are so beautiful & fun. The staff is so kind and accommodating. I could go on forever. Love love love Albion!
