It’s been terrible management could have accommodated me for my car being stolen on the property but instead she lied and said she couldn’t. I think it’s very unprofessional to tell your resident as well that you can’t prevent our cars from being stolen or broken into here. Also I only lived here 6 months and this has happened so the experience has been really awful and I don’t plan on signing another lease.

Soundwater is well-kempt, quiet, and coveniently located. I was surprised by the tranquility here, given how close it is to a major road. It is very dog friendly, but you rarely hear other dogs barking or making noise. The amenities are exceptional, and the office staff was very quick to respond to my emails. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and the balcony is superb. It is a rare find for a great price, and I am ecstatic to continue living here.

Get rid of the Airbnb rentals please. Everyone that’s I’ve talked to that actually lives in the community is sick of the people that rent the Airbnb units.

Thank you for your feedback, all short-term rentals are out of Building 500 and there is a plan to remove the last few from Building 200.
