I am so happy here so far. From the application process to moving in, everything was so quick, smooth and professional. The location is great, tucked away and quiet but close to everything, with great access to interstate. The unit is very nice, clean, and seems to be great quality. The fixtures are really nice, as is the bathroom. I haven’t used too many of the amenities yet but the ones I have are great. Plenty of parking spaces, including for guests. The staff have been so nice and helpful,... especially Sarah!

The team worked hard to keep the excellent standards that Broadstone maintains, especially during this recent ice/snow storm. Communication was professional, yet caring, and timely. I don’t have to use our maintenance staff often at all, but I believe that’s because they are always around with a smiling face and working hard. The front house staff is always kind and willing to help should the need arise. I have been living here for 1 year and happily renewed my lease without any hesitation.
