I’ve lived at BC for the past year & I cannot speak more highly about it! The location, building, management team, all have exceeded my expectations! I’ve recommended BC to multiple friends & they have also loved living here since moving in.

Broadstone Centennial is in a great location and has very nice looking apartments and amenities. The management team needs to improve the move-in experience, dirty toilets and missing appliances mean the unit is not ready for move-in.

Love the community and location of broadstone. Apartments are beautifully designed and it has all the amenities you may need in the building or close by!

Great floorplans with gas ranges in our studio, one and two-bedroom apartments... . We offer full wine fridges as opposed to wine racks. Our elegant finishes definitely sets us apart from our competitors.

I have been loving my experience at Broadstone Centennial so far. Right from leasing, Lindsey and Chris have been very helpful with answering my move-in questions. Move-in was a breeze too, and the apartment itself was fantastic and clean. There have been occasional resident happy hour events which provide a good opportunity to socialize for someone like me who has just moved to the city. Overall, my experience has been positive and i do not have any issues
