Very nice building in a super great area! Close to many great restaraunts, downtown with Broadway, etc only thing that stinks is traffic can be bad at all the construction around.

This has been the best apartment community I've ever lived in. I've lived in multiple different complexes with different community managers and staff and this has by far been the best and already most memorable. We've justed moved in and have already established an amazing relationship with the managers, especially Sarah. She made our transition so easy and painless. We moved states and were unable to see the place for ourselves. We called multiple different apartments and talked to different... community managers, but as soon as we talked to Sarah, we knew Broadstone SoBro was the one. As soon as I hung up I said, we're moving there. I would recommend this place to anyone. The location is amazing, the amenities are great, and the people are even better. Thank you, Broadstone!

I love living in Broadstone SoBro because it is so convenient and walkable to most places in downtown including my workplace. It is a nice little community and has great events, amenities, and spaces to lounge in which I enjoy very much!
